Footwork:

Wing Chun Geeks: Footwork Course: The most common question we get is “how you fix your footwork?” “How can I link my body?” In response to many questions about footwork and linking your body, we decided to create our very own footwork course.  It offers over 37 minutes of  video and our “geek notes.” Check it out here.

Chi Sau:

Wing Chun Geekology Course: Totally free if you join our mailing list.   For this course we teach Chi Sau from a very basic level and throw in a few other training drills and articles.

Sensitivity & Chi Sau Drills:  Rather then just jumping into Chi Sau, Sifu Chuck O’Neill teaches you a number of traditional Wing Chun sensitivity drills, i.e single hand Chi Sau. All this is done in a VERY clear voice and format, with the goal of working you up to the Chi Sau Level. When you get to his webpage, scroll down and look for “Chi Sau Foundations” Or “Chi Sau 2 – Advanced Techniques” depending on your level.

Sil Lim Tao:

Wing Chun Philosophy Course/Sil Lim Tao Mastery: We find this course vary hard to give a name. We joined forces with Sifu/Doc John Crescione a student of Lee Moy Shan (Moy Yat Linage), Grandmaster William Cheung, and Grandmaster Ip Qing.   This course teaches you the proper mindset for Sil Lim Tao, the most important level in Wing Chun, not just in Kung Fu, but in life.   It features 60 minutes of Wing Chun Geeks Exclusive interviews with Sifu Crescione, 27 pages of notes, and a one hour video teaching you the first form Sil Lim Tao.

Sil Lim Tao form & Applications: One of our favorite DVD’s to watch is from Sifu VA Thomas, he is also of the Moy Yat Lineage.   Even if you are not part of this lineage, this is a MUST WATCH Kung Fu master.  He reminds us that Sil Lim Tao is a full body form and the amount of power he puts in his form is absolutely astounding.  Before this DVD, we have never seen anything like it.  We also wrote a blog post on it, which can be found here.

 Punching:

The Secret’s of Chinese Chain Punching: Sifu Sergio offers a really interesting perspective on how to Chain Punch. It is different from what many would consider “mainstream” chain punching. The DVD was really cool and will completely change your perspective on how to generate power in Wing Chun. Click here to check it out.

Don’t worry, we got more coming your way!
